What this page covers
Today Assay operates a pre-launch website with an access-request form. This policy describes what happens to the information submitted through that form. It will be replaced with a fuller policy before the product processes any customer data.
What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form: your email address, and optionally your company, role, and a description of your use case. We also record the page you submitted from. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
Why we collect it
To contact you about early access, and to understand which use cases to build for first. We do not sell it, share it with third parties for their own purposes, or add you to a marketing list.
Where it is stored
In a managed Postgres database operated by our hosting provider, encrypted at rest and in transit.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the early access programme closes and the list is no longer useful.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@assaycredit.com and we will action it. Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you may also complain to the supervisory authority.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page rather than silently editing it.
