Scope
These terms cover use of the assaycredit.com website. There is no product to subscribe to yet, so there is nothing here about service levels or fees. Commercial terms will be agreed separately and in writing with each design partner.
No service commitment
Assay is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist does not entitle you to access, and nothing on this site is an offer or a contract. The coverage table describes intent, and the statuses on it are the honest current state.
Accuracy of the site
We work to keep this site accurate, and to label anything not yet built. If you find something on it that overstates what exists, tell us and we will correct it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit other people's personal data to the waitlist form, or use it to send automated traffic.
Liability
The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it or reliance on information published on it.
